1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing this website (pexcellartistry.studio) or engaging Pexcell Artistry for engineering, design, or multimedia production, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws of Kenya.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless explicitly stated in an individual client service agreement:

• Client Deliverables: Upon receipt of full project payment, full ownership of bespoke design assets, frontend code, and custom digital collateral transfers to the client.
• Studio IP & Tooling: Pexcell Artistry retains ownership of proprietary internal boilerplates, custom CMS core code frameworks, reusable libraries, and engineering methods developed independently of specific client work.
• Portfolio Showcase: We reserve the right to display completed client projects, screenshots, and publicly visible deliverables in our online case studies and promotional materials unless a formal Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is executed beforehand.

3. Estimates, Invoicing & Payments

All pricing proposals and scopes are outlined in formal statements of work. Projects typically commence upon receipt of a standard initial commitment deposit (typically 50%), with milestone balances due upon client staging review and prior to final production domain release.

4. Warranty & Support

All custom web development delivered by Pexcell Artistry includes a standard 30-day post-launch warranty covering bug fixes, browser alignment discrepancies, and technical errors arising directly from our delivered code. Extended maintenance, updates, and SLA support are available under our Website Management service agreements.

5. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Nairobi, Kenya.
